Keep inventory wherever you already keep it, export a file, import it into ShadowTag, and print to a supported Bluetooth label printer. ShadowTag is free and does not require an account or subscription.
Why printed price labels matter at a show
When every card has a clear price, a customer can browse while you are talking to someone else. You avoid repeating the same lookup, you keep the price you set at home, and the table moves faster. The goal is not to rebuild your entire selling operation. It is to finish the last step: put a usable price on the card.
The free label-printing workflow
- Export the inventory you already have. ShadowTag supports imports from TCGplayer, Collectr, Shiny, ShadowWave, and ShadowSnap, plus compatible CSV files shared from Files or Mail.
- Import and keep your numbers. The price in your source file is the starting point. Set price bands only if you want a consistent rounding rule across the collection.
- Set up the label once. Add your logo, a QR code to your shop or Instagram, card name, and price. Run one test label before a big batch.
- Print the changes, not the whole collection. Re-import before the next show and filter to New or Changed cards. That keeps you from burning a roll on cards whose labels are still right.
What you need
- An iPhone with ShadowTag.
- Your existing card inventory export.
- A supported Bluetooth printer: NIIMBOT D11, NIIMBOT D110, or Nelko P21.
- Labels that fit the printer you choose.

Three mistakes that waste label rolls
Printing before a test label
Printer model, loaded label stock, and darkness settings matter. Print one card first and look at it from normal table distance.
Replacing your inventory system too early
Your inventory file is already where you track costs, quantities, and marketplace details. A label app should take the final printing job off your plate, not force you to re-enter a collection.
Reprinting every card every show
Most cards do not move enough to justify a new label each week. A changed-price workflow is cheaper and faster.
What “free” means here
ShadowTag has no subscription, account, or paid label-printing tier. You still buy physical hardware and label stock, but you choose the compatible printer and refills you want. Compare that model with CardForge and DeckTradr Pro before deciding which workflow fits your table.
